We stayed in an extremely spacious and spotless room, which had a view of garden. It had a good and absolutely perfect location just off the National Park, safari's, and Sri Lanka. It also was near the beach.

Its location is easy and unbeatable, situated near the center of town and just a 15-minute walk from Plymouth Hoe. it's conveniently located near safaris, various parks, and Yala National Park.

I booked it many times and would definitely recommend. I thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful and convenient location, just off the main beach and close to safari and various parks. the service was good throughout my enjoyable stay.

This hotel was a perfect place to stay for a business traveler. Located on a quiet street, it was close to the market and the center of town. the stylish design of the hotel was impressive, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. the rooms were spotless, with brand new bathrooms and strong showers, as well as facilities such as WIFI and a pool. the chef served delicious traditional Sri Lankan food for breakfast and lunch, and even provided packed meals for safaris.

Celebrating the new year at this hotel was a great experience. the staff was attentive and friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed. the location was perfect, close to the center of town but still in a quiet area. the pool was enjoyable, clean and refreshing. the room had great Wi-Fi and was comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. One major advantage was having access to their kitchen, which was useful as we had special dietary needs.

The floors of the hotel were a bit slippery, which was a minor inconvenience. there were a few mosquitos in the room, which made sleeping a bit difficult at times.

serenity tissa felt like home, exceeding our expectations with attentive staff, delicious food, and comfortable rooms. they went above and beyond, picking up medicine and arranging a picnic for our safari. their personal touch during peraharra was unforgettable. a hotel experience like no other, a definite first pick in tissa.

Stayed here for a business trip and it was a great experience. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-designed, with a balcony overlooking a beautiful pool area. The staff was polite and helpful, offering fresh fruit juice upon arrival and after a long safari. The hotel's location was convenient, close to the town and easy to organize trips. The food was delicious, especially the local Sri Lankan pancake. The WIFI worked well and was a good speed.

The air conditioning in the room was too strong, and there was no remote control to adjust it. The hotel was a bit isolated, with not many restaurants or activities around.

We stayed at Serenity for 3 nights and it was home away from home for us. The staff were very attentive to every single one of our needs. The food was deliciously home-made with generous servings. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the gym was well-equipped. If you are wanting to go on a safari, I recommend that you organize it through them. Lovely staff, extremely helpful and polite. Good location for those wanting to go on a safari at Yala.
